This session will explore how to setup, maintain, and sustain a student led tech team and genius bar/help desk using Google Apps for Education in conjunction with free services offered in the Google Apps Marketplace. Participants will have the opportunity to discover how setup consistent workflows for communication, project planning and collaboration, scheduling tech support appointments, assigning IT tickets to students, and developing a student and staff focused tech show. Students will be available to share their involvement in this ongoing project.
